Engaging Faith Nevada is a nonprofit charity for families in need of supportive service. Our foundation of Christian faith and values inspire us to go beyond the four walls of our sanctuaries to care for those indeed who face challenges and need a variety of assistance.
Our Founder Angela A. Flynn
Angela A. Flynn is the founder and Executive Director of Engaging Faith Nevada, Inc. she was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. Later, her family relocated to Kansas City where she finished school and married. She has five adult children, 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

When her children were in their youth, she divorced . From the challenges she faced, and those of other single parents, she aspired to help in some way. After years of contemplating and much prayer,, she wrote the vision in 2016. Engaging Faith Nevada, Inc formalized, and the organization was launched April 2021.

She is known among her peers as Elder Flynn. As a licensed and ordained Minister of the Gospel she has served in the Pastoral Office, been active in community service, outreach programs and advocacy in the areas of addiction recovery, relational harm, and neighborhood preservation
​
She studied Addiction Counseling prior to completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Leadership from Belleview University in 2020.
